Privacy Policy

This policy covers roofingservicestampa.com (Roofing Services Tampa). It explains what we collect, why, and who sees it.

What we collect

• The contact form: your name, phone number, the ZIP code of the property, the service you picked, and anything you type in the message and call-time boxes.
• Phone calls: your phone number, the time and length of the call, and a recording of the call. Calls are recorded so we can check what was asked for and look into any problem with a request.
• Site visits, only if you accept cookies: pages viewed, the page you came from, rough location from your IP address, device and browser type, whether you clicked a call button, and, if you came from one of our Google ads, which ad it was.

We don't ask for payment details, insurance policy numbers or Social Security numbers, and you shouldn't put them in the form.

Why we collect it

To get your request to a roofing company that works your area, so they can call you about the job. Visit data, if you allow it, tells us which pages are useful and which ads lead to calls.

Who we share it with

• The roofing company handling your request. They get your name, phone, ZIP, the service and your message. Once they have it, their own privacy policy applies to how they use it.
• Service providers that run the site and the phone line for us: hosting (Cloudflare), the service that delivers form submissions, and the call-tracking service that routes and records calls.
• Google, through Google Analytics and Google Ads, only if you accept cookies. Google uses this to measure visits and ad results for us, and may use it to show our ads to people who have visited the site. Google's own privacy policy applies to what it collects.
• Anyone the law requires us to share it with.

We don't sell your information to data brokers.

Calls and texts

When you send the form and tick the consent box, you agree that we and the roofing company handling your request may call or text the number you gave about that request. Consent isn't a condition of buying anything. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell the caller you don't want more calls.

Cookies

The site works without cookies. The first time you visit, a banner asks whether we can use analytics and advertising cookies.

• If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies (names starting with _ga) to count visits and see which pages lead to calls; they last up to 2 years. Google Ads sets cookies (such as _gcl_au) to tell which ads lead to calls; they last up to 90 days.
• If you decline, no Google script loads and no analytics or advertising cookies are set.
• Either way, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under rst-consent so the banner doesn't keep coming back.

You can change your mind any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and call records for up to 6 months, then delete them. A roofing company that worked on your request keeps its own records under its own policy.

Your choices

Use the contact form and pick "A question about this site or my information" to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. We can't delete information a roofing company already holds; ask them directly.

Children

This site isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
