Who we are
Roofing Services Tampa is a marketing company, not a roofing contractor. We run this website and the phone line on it. When you call or send the form, we pass your request to a roofing company that works in your area.
Who does the work
Every job is quoted, performed and billed by an independent roofing company: one of our licensed and insured partners in Hillsborough County and nearby Polk County. Each one is a separate business. Your contract, your warranty and your payment are between you and that company. Roofing Services Tampa doesn't hold a contractor's license, doesn't carry contractor's insurance and doesn't do roofing work.
How we get paid
Roofing companies pay us for the calls and requests we send them. You never pay us anything, and the price for the roof work is set by the roofing company, not by us.
What we don't do
We don't inspect roofs, set prices, supervise jobs or guarantee anyone's workmanship. We can't tell you what your insurance policy covers. The information on this site is general. It isn't legal, insurance or engineering advice for your house.
How to check a roofer's license yourself
Florida licenses roofing contractors through the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. You can look up any roofing contractor's license on the DBPR license search and ask the company for a certificate of insurance.
